Demi Lovatos Father Dead Singers Biological Dad From Whom She Was ...

Demi Lovato's biological father Patrick has passed.

The 20 year old singer has been estranged from her father since 2007 after he and her mother Dianna split in 1994. According to Us Weekly Lovato Sr. battled cancer in recent years and had tried reaching out to his famous daughter saying It is not like I want anything from her all I want is her love.

The X Factor judge hasn't commented yet on the passing of her father but her older sister tweeted the sad news yesterday afternoon writing

Rest in peace daddy I love you..
