Miss USA 2013 Miss Utah goofs on pageant question (video)

Miss Connecticut may have have won it all but if post show chatter is any indication Miss Utah stole the show at the Miss USA competition last night.

Giving what amounted to a not so graceful and quite stymieing answer to a current events question Marissa Powell 21 conjured shades of Miss South Carolina Teen USA in 2007 ( U.S. Americans ... the Iraq ... everywhere like such as ) when she seemed visibly flustered then messily tumbled out some words when presented with a query about income inequality.

Judge NeNe Leakes put the question to Powell citing that in 40 percent of American families with children Women are the primary earners yet they continue to earn less than men. What does it say about society

Powell's answer concluded with this statement We need to figure out how to create education better so that we can solve this problem.

Watch Powell below as she attempts to scale the question. If only there was a NeNe Leakes aside to the camera like in The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

And for good measure here's that video of Caitlin Upton Miss South Carolina Teen USA.
