Ms. Klum stepped out in a silver minidress yesterday (June 25) in NYC flaunting her famous legs as she headed into her hotel. The 40 year old supermodel who is currently a judge on America's Got Talent looked flawless as the wind whipped through her hair.

Klum has been spotted all around the Big Apple over the past few weeks taking jogs along the river and dining out with her kids and bodyguard boyfriend Martin Kristen.

They like him very much Klum told German magazine Bunte of her children and Kristen. This is also one reason why I'm so fond of him. He's been helping me for four years now. And he takes wonderful care of the kids. He plays with them he protects them. I trust him.
